By the amendment of relevant town planning schemes, land use rights are changed as per client requirements and in line with prevailing policies, where applicable. These land use rights are permanent and add financial value to properties.
Rezonings are done in in terms of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986).
